Howdy cousins. This year the reunion is on a boat.
Bernard and the California cousins are taking the 94th reunion to sea on the Carnival Radiance, from Long Beach to Ensenada, Mexico. Our family travel agency books your cabin, answers your questions and helps you find a flight from your home airport.
Sign-up closes November 15, 2026. It is not a commitment and no payment is needed yet.

- Our agency
To provide travel for the family so everyone can get to our reunions.
Part of the profits from every booking goes to the family scholarship fund. When you book your cabin through us, you are helping one of our young people get to school.
Four days, three nights, one big family
We are planning around the 3-night Carnival Radiance sailing that leaves on the reunion date. Final details will be confirmed when our group is booked.
Board in Long Beach
Meet at the port, check in together and set sail in the afternoon.
Day at sea
Reunion time on the ship: pools, shows, food and family photos.
Ensenada, Mexico
A day ashore for tours, shopping, beaches or a slow lunch.
Back to Long Beach
Arrive in the morning. Book flights home for Monday afternoon.
Inside cabin, before taxes, port fees and tips. Group pricing comes in late November 2026.
Tell us what you prefer and who you want to share with on the sign-up form.
Long Beach Airport is closest to the ship. We will share ground transport tips in August 2027.
Day-by-day plan is the typical Radiance 3-night Ensenada route and may change when Carnival confirms the sailing.
Three steps to your cabin
Everything goes through our family agency on InteleTravel, so every cabin counts toward our group and helps the scholarship fund.
-
Sign up your household
By November 15, 2026. Tell us who is coming, how many cabins you need and which airport you would fly from. One form per household.
Open the sign-up form -
Get your group price
Late November 2026. Once we know the headcount, we share the group price, the deposit amount and the payment dates.
-
Book through our link
From December 2026. Reserve your cabin with our InteleTravel booking link, or call us and we will book it with you.
Book your cabin
Please don't book directly with Carnival. A cabin booked on Carnival's own site won't count toward our group of 50+ rooms and won't help the scholarship fund.
Hold off on buying. Set a free price alert.
Most of the family is coming from the South. Google Flights will email you when fares from your airport go up or down, so you can buy at a good price. Post a good fare in the Facebook group and we'll help you decide.
- 1Sign in to your Google or Gmail account and go to google.com/travel/flights.
- 2Enter your home airport, such as ATLIAHDFW, and fly to LAX.
- 3Depart Thursday, September 30, 2027 and return Monday, October 4. Always fly in at least the day before the cruise. Want to see LA too? Fly in a few days early and we'll help you plan it.
- 4Search, then turn on Track prices. Do it once more with LGB (Long Beach).
Airlines open their schedules about 11 months ahead, so prices for September 30, 2027 may not show until around November 2026. If you see none, try again in a few weeks.
Coming from across the country? Stay a few days in LA first.
If you're already flying all the way to California, come in a few days early and enjoy the city before we sail. We'll help you plan it: hotels, things to do, getting around and getting to the port on boarding day.
Tell us on the sign-up form or reach out, and we'll put together a plan that fits your family and your budget.
Fly in and settle. Check in near the beach or downtown and grab dinner.
Classic LA. Hollywood Walk of Fame, Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign view.
Pick your fun. Universal Studios, Disneyland, or Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach.
Move to Long Beach. Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen Mary, and meet up with family arriving today.
Board the ship together. A short ride to the port and the reunion begins.

Cousins keep asking
Is the sign-up form a commitment?
No. It tells us how many cabins to hold for the family. No payment is needed until group pricing is shared and you book.
Why can't I just book on Carnival's website?
Cabins booked through our agency count toward our group of 50+ rooms, which is how we get group pricing and perks. Part of the profit from each booking also goes to the family scholarship fund.
How much will it cost?
Early prices start in the mid-$300s per person for an inside cabin, before taxes, port fees and tips. We will share the group price and deposit amount in late November 2026.
Do I need a passport?
A passport is the easiest way to travel, and we recommend one. Carnival will confirm the exact ID rules for this sailing, and we will post them in July 2027. If you need a new passport, apply early.
When should I buy my flight?
Not yet. Set a free price alert now and wait for a good fare. Fly in on Thursday, September 30, the day before the cruise, and fly home Monday afternoon, October 4.
Can you help me plan a few days in Los Angeles before the cruise?
Yes. If you're flying in from across the country, we can help you plan an LA stay before we sail: hotels, things to see, getting around and getting to the port in Long Beach. Just tell us on the sign-up form or reach out.
Can kids and grandparents come?
Yes, the whole family is welcome. Tell us children's ages and any accessibility or dietary needs on the sign-up form so we can plan cabins and help on boarding day.
It's my first cruise. Can someone walk me through it?
Yes. Mark it on the sign-up form or reach out to us. We'll answer by email, text or in the Facebook group, usually within 24 hours.
Ask Bernard anything
Questions about cabins, money or flights come straight to Bernard. Please never post card numbers, passport numbers or birthdates in the Facebook group. Send those privately.
After this cruise, use the same agency for the next reunion, family trips and flights.
